A note from Helen
Hi, I'm Helen. I've run businesses for more than thirty years. I'm a mum of five grown-up kids and a nana of seven. I've been exactly where you are: juggling work, family and a dream of something more, with never quite enough hours in the day.
So this guide is my invitation to you: have a shot. Start small. Learn as you go. If it doesn't work the first time, that's not failure, that's information. Tweak it and go again.
Educate yourself, back yourself, and go for it.
Helen
